Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Luce product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics (lipstick, blush, body lotion) cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at luceshop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at luceshop@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different shade or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
